My role is directing field operations, business development, establishing best practices and keeping safety as a priority. What I enjoy most is working with others and getting to use my experience in broad areas. I get to do a little of it all.

What project are you most proud of working on, and why? The Tommy Owens Sports Complex and the Kids, Inc. Rockrose Sports Complex. Both were made possible entirely through donor funding and grew from long-standing relationships with community leaders. We’ve had the opportunity to participate from the dirt through the final finish, helping create high-quality facilities for youth who might not otherwise have access to that level of playing experience. That community impact makes both projects especially meaningful to me.
