As the Payroll/HR Administrator, I support employees and the company by ensuring payroll and HR processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant. I assist with hiring, onboarding, benefits, policies, employee questions, and manager support while looking for ways to improve processes and communication. Ultimately, I serve as a connection between employees, leadership, and the organization. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is having the opportunity to interact with and assist employees at every level of the company. Regardless of someone’s position or responsibilities, I want employees to feel comfortable coming to me with questions, concerns, or when they simply need guidance. I value being a resource they can rely on and being able to help find solutions that support both the employee and the company.
