The ultimate satisfaction with my role is providing our customers with complete customer satisfaction…and that is especially true when we get to see athletes of all ages enjoying their new fields and facilities. My role is especially rewarding when I am able to take a customers vision and turn that into delivering an athletic space at the greatest value to them. The long term lasting relationships we build with each customer is also extremely rewarding.

What project are you most proud of working on, and why? I value every single project and relationship and find the positives in each project completion.
Which SCG Core Value resonates with you the most and why? We help each other to be great. It is extremely important for us all to grow together as a team. The greater we grow together, the more easily we can apply the other Core Values into everything we do.
