My main focus is to work with the entire SCG Team on developing and documenting SOPs, Policies and other Company Improvements. In addition, I work with multiple departments on everything from pre-qualification applications, obtaining and maintaining state and local-level licenses and registrations, and bonding. I round out my time acting as Office Manager to ensure the Brecksville office runs smoothly and our staff has what they need to get the job done.

What project are you most proud of working on, and why? I love working on SOPs. Because of the Company’s recent growth, the need to document processes is so important. And working with other employees and departments that also see this need, makes that part of my job very rewarding. And when people tell me that they reference them because they needed clarification…that makes me very proud!
